• We will schedule a simple consultation (at no cost to you) for approximately 7 days after your scan to review your results. You will be provided with a written interpretation & colored images (CD) at the time of your office consult.

if you were seen in the mobile lab

• Your written interpretation & colored images (CD) will be mailed to you approximately 7 days after your scan.  When you have received the results, call the clinic (804) 748-7401 to schedule your phone consultation (at no cost to you).

Notice regarding interpretation
When reading these images, the doctors look for certain temperature findings in the breasts which may suggest elevated risk for disease. Thermal imaging provides information about current and future risk only and does not diagnose breast conditions. Thermal imaging findings should be correlated with diagnostic examinations before a final diagnosis and treatment decision is made. It does not replace any other breast examination..
